A Factory Team Member is an entry level position and can include a variety of work not limited to:
- Performing manual labor (including various cleaning activities).
- Operating mobile equipment, factory beet and/or sugar processing equipment.
- Comply with federal, state, company and factory safety requirements.
- Perform basic troubleshooting of mechanical , operations and electrical issues.
- Use hand tools and rigging to accomplish tasks.
- Must be able to sweep, vacuum, squeegee and be able to bend, twist, squat, and kneel as required for various cleaning jobs and be able to operate vacuum systems.
- Be a team player who demonstrates initiative and professional, work ethic.
- Work overtime as required.
- Perform other duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements
Applicants must be at least 18 years old, with a High School diploma or GED and will need to pass the entrance testing requirements, pre-employment drug test, safety screen, and criminal background check.
Previous factory experience a plus. Some positions may require a valid driver's license, the ability to lift 50 lbs, and perform work at various heights.
Must be able to work 12 hour rotating shift schedule.
