Projects range from multi-family, retail and industrial, to medical, religious & higher education.

Job Title: Field Operations Manager

Job Description:

· Oversee all construction superintendents

· Oversee all construction field operations

· Oversee secondary quality control

· Secondary safety oversight

· Hiring and evaluation of field employees

· Direct allocation of projects to the right field staff

· Oversee management of field resources such as personnel, equipment, and subcontractors

· Oversight of project schedule adherence

· Involvement in pre-construction scheduling and planning

· Provide input on logistics, means and methods.

Skills and Qualifications:

· 10 or more years of varied types of commercial construction experience

· Leadership and organization skills

· Computer skills

· Familiarity with scheduling and documentation tools

· Analytical and problem-solving skills

· Experience managing people

· An eye for detail

· Knowledge of Safety protocols
