File Clerk”

Wanger Jones Helsley PC has immediate opening for a full-time with benefits File Clerk. Prior legal experience a plus but not required. Must have current California Driver license and proof of valid car insurance. Duties include use of personal vehicle (reimbursed for mileage at current IRS rate) for running law firm/attorney personal errands, maintain attorney home office equipment, and interface with IT Director, filing, copy jobs, indexing, meeting, appointment set ups and reminders, weekly/daily calendar reports, process incoming and outgoing mail, and carry out all other tasks/projects that may be assigned. Qualified candidate should be a quick learner, retain/carry out company policies and procedures, possess ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks with good judgment, strong oral and written communication skills, communicate effectively and professionally, work well alone and as a team, responsible, dependable, good typing skills (60 wpm preferred), experience with Microsoft Word/Outlook a plus.

Pay rate range is $17.00-$20.00/hour.
