Evolv partners with several Financial Institutions, associations, and sales groups to provide their clientele with top-of-the-line merchant service solutions.
Evolv is seeking a Financial Customer Service Representative at our Newburgh, Indiana location. The role of the Financial Customer Service Representative demands constant focus and commitment to the customer experience, with an above-average ability to facilitate requests from all communication channels. Our needs demand representatives who possess skills using email and telephone-related support. Additionally, because our industry is dynamic, and fast-paced this position demands a commitment to learning and expanding professionally and technically.
Required Duties and Responsibilities:
· Provide customer assistance related to billing, statement, or other transaction-related inquiries
· Analyze and resolve first level customer problems and issues within standard set time frames
· Serve as primary receiver and responder of our customer service email and inbound calls (estimated 30 emails and inbound calls/daily)
· Utilize multiple software and web-based systems, including our internal CRM, processing platform reporting tools, reseller back offices, etc.
· Participate in ongoing product and services training
· Assessment of merchant processing statements
· Serve as primary for outbound customer welcome calls and welcome emails
· Working hours (M-F, 9-6 PM CST)
· Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
· Minimum two-year’s experience in customer service
· Must have a typing proficiency of at minimum 30 WPM
· Must have a passion for problem-solving and working with customers by phone and email
· Able to craft clear and concise business correspondence via email
· Strong analytical, organization, and planning skills
· Ability to adapt to change in a dynamic industry and work in a fast-paced environment
· Knowledge of PC/Windows/Internet-related technologies; knowledge and experience working with MS Outlook, Word, and Excel
· Must demonstrate an ability to learn new and customized software/web-based applications
· Financial services experience, reconciliation experience, a plus
