Seeking a full time Front Desk Administrator to join our beautiful Naturopathic
Care Clinic in Colchester The person we are looking for is a is a team player, a self-starter and loves working with people.

Some of the tasks include:

· Answers phones and schedules appointments

· Greets patients, completion of registration forms, and gives instructions

· Collects copays, balance dues

· Prepares and types correspondence

· Uses communication skills with appropriate medical terminology

· Performs other position-related duties as assigned

· Manages store- ordering and selling of supplements

· Keeping clear communication with office staff

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Medical Receptionists & Patient Registrars: 1 year (Preferred)
• Medical office: 1 year (Preferred)
