At Fredonia Pediatric & Adolescent Dentistry our primary goal is to provide a positive, professional, and fun dental experience for our pediatric patients and their families. We are looking to add another member to our valuable team.

We are interested in meeting motivated candidates who are looking for full time employment (4 days per week.)

The ideal candidate must possess the following skills and competencies:

Competency with insurance billing, problem solving skills navigating insurance denials, proficiency with communicating with insurance companies regularly to negotiate fee schedules, determine eligibility, and meet timely filing guidelines. Ability to utilize electronic dental claims submittal software, posting insurance payments, and manage patient billing.

• Excellent telephone skills and proficiency with computers, job specific software including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to multitask
• Maintain efficiency and accuracy in a busy office setting while meeting time goals.
• Exceptional customer service skills, including the ability to interact well with children.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to problem solve calmly and effectively.
• Capable of being adaptable, flexible and must be able to work well on a team.
• Motivated to accept new job duties as assigned.
