Paradise Massages Waikiki & Spa is seeking Front Desk Receptionist/ Spa Assistant.

We offer an exceptional opportunity for an energetic, self-motivated person with a great work ethic to join our team as a receptionist/spa assistant. This person needs to have initiative, energy, and must show the highest degree of professionalism while being personable. This position entails duties, including greeting clients, scheduling appointments operate and maintain front desk as well as coordinate the spa.

Job Description:

• Greet and welcome guests and make sure they are comfortable.

• Answer calls/emails & schedule appointments in Mind/Body - scheduling system.

• Confirm scheduled appointments & updates.

• Ability to sell and explain about our spa packages and have some sales skills.
• Check-in, check-out, clients, as well as the collection of payments.

• Coordinate Spa with the scheduling.
• Ensure front desk is neat, clean, at all times.
• Assist with the spa duties and make sure rooms are tidy.

• Perform basic bookkeeping, filing, and clerical duties as well as handle data entry into Mind/Body system.

• Order and stock office supplies.
• Must be reliable and punctual.
