High volume restaurant in NJ is looking for a Front of House Restaurant Manager.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in high volume restaurant.

Works closely with upper management
Ensures current and incoming staff is trained properly and complies with company policies
Front of house scheduling
Placing orders for products and supplies
Overseas operations during service
Ensures guests have a positive experience
Social Media and Digital Marketing
Ability to train staff is a must. Ensuring all support staff (hostess, servers, bartenders, busser, food runners, expo, etc.) are proficient in service.
Experienced is a must! Candidate has to be proficient in Word, Excel, and POS systems. Minimum of 5 years’ experience. Must have the ability to delegate support staff. Strong communication skills are a must.
