The Washbay Customer Service Representative will be responsible for managing customer service and developing an excellent customer experience for truck owner

General office tasks: filing, copying, faxing, mailing, phones, etc. Preparing bid documents, (some driving to bid openings). Paid PTO/vacation, holidays, 401k.

Maintain the proper certifications required by local and state licensing agencies which include ongoing in-service training, accreditations, specific coursework

Assisting with banking, reconciliation, deposits, ledger entries, and office filing. 401k employer matching program to save for retirement.
