Responsibilities:

• Work with the senior staff to develop strategies that grow the business.
• Develop and maintain a strong customer base within the community.
• Make sure all facilities are clean and in working order.
• Understand and follow local ordinances.
• Maintain professional relationships with employees, suppliers, and customers.
• Maintain a positive internal and external reputation.
• Manage employee issues to ensure that they are addressed appropriately.
• Supervise the managers of each individual store location to ensure their satisfaction and compliance with company standards.
• Recruit and retain new employees.
• Plan for future expansion.
