• Lead and direct a team of professional CDL – A drivers
• Manage daily service requirements and client relationships
• Salary based on experience
• Manage all transportation and logistics for shipments to customers
• Integrate Lily’s transportation services seamlessly into our customers supply chain
• Monitor transportation costs and target areas that yield improvements and cost savings
• Provide strategic planning to support customer’s regional expansion
• Recruit, train and motivate a team of class A drivers
• Provide accurate and timely reports
• Work closely with vendors

Job Requirements:

• Transportation experience in dispatch and/or operations supervision a plus
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Detail oriented with an ability to positively influence others across multiple groups
• Ability to work independently
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Knowledge of electronic transportation platforms and software
• In depth knowledge of DOT and FMCSA regulations
• CDL License a plus
