Econoprint has an exciting opportunity to join our creative team as a Graphic Designer. In this role, you will design projects from concept to completion. From brochures and direct mail to signage and environmental design, every day brings something new. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with quick turnarounds while still producing accurate work that is consistent with a client’s brand is a must. This is a Full-Time position, Monday- Friday.

Requirements:

· A minimum of 3-5 years of Graphic Design experience

· BA in Graphic Design or related degree/education

· Proficiency in current MAC version of Adobe Creative Suite software (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Adobe Acrobat), Microsoft Power Point, and Word

· Ability to iterate and evolve concepts with constructive feedback from both clients and internal staff

· Possesses an excellent understanding of color, typography, imagery, and overall composition, and a solid knowledge of the printing process. Experience in large format design is a plus!

· Must be highly communicative and a team player, and be able to work closely with internal staff and external clients

· Strong planning, time management, and organization skills, with the ability to meet deadlines

· Must present an online portfolio and/or work samples that demonstrate a passion for amazing design and attention to detail

Responsibilities:

· Design content for a range of communications, including brochures, catalogs, direct mail, banners, signage, displays, social content, and much more

· Manage and balance multiple jobs and projects daily, meet timelines and expectations, while measuring and improving efficiency

· Collaborate closely with creative team peers, sales, and project coordinator staff, and work independently on most projects

· Produce quality production and creative design work in a fast-paced environment

· Keep on top of design trends and best practices for design
