The Graphic Designer is a talented and motivated designer with a strong print and digital background who can provide the Art Director with design support for all brand projects. This position will work on image retouching, as well as print and digital designs to support the creative team. Open to 100% remote candidates.

They must be capable of taking direction and executing against it while clearly communicating any challenges he/she anticipates. They are responsible for creating engaging creative and facilitating adjustments and layout revisions. They ensure timely delivery of work and manage numerous projects simultaneously. The Graphic Designer will work closely with the Art Director, designers as well as the marketing team, developers, and video editors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Image retouching
• Design adjustments and layout changes
• Take direction from the Art Director
• Provide final files for print and web, knowledge of optimal format to use based on the particular application.
• Assist on photo and video shoots
• Manage and organize prop library
• Execute designs for marketing channels including digital, collateral, presentations, websites, videos, email campaigns, and event materials to support various marketing initiatives and reinforce the brand.
• Maintain photo libraries, style guides and templates for production
• Manage and design projects from beginning to end with excellent communication and project management skills
• Stay up-to-date on design trends and new technologies
• Contribute new ideas and provide innovative design solutions in support of objectives and initiatives

Qualifications & Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree required in Graphic Design

· In depth knowledge of InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign

· Strong knowledge of web design best practices a plus

· Experience with Adobe AfterEffects & video editing a plus

· Intermediate skills in PowerPoint, Word and Excel

· Positive, can-do attitude with the desire to build something.

· Ability to adapt quickly to direct and constructive feedback.

· Strong sense of urgency combined with close attention to detail

· Ability to manage multiple projects/activities seamlessly within a fast-paced setting

Additional Skills:

• Basic knowledge of HTML.
• Experience with Adobe AfterEffects & video editing is a plus.

· Intermediate to Advanced skills in PowerPoint, Word and Excel.

· Able to work in both a Mac and PC based environment.

· Positive, can-do attitude with the desire to build something.

· Ability to adapt quickly to direct and constructive feedback.

· Can independently identify and drive projects that support marketing objectives.
