The Fierce Graphic Designer will be actively involved in all marketing content creation. Projects will include digital, print, photo/video and any other creative assets needed to promote Fierce Firearms. Work environment is fast paced and challenging. Must be able and willing to evolve and adapt quickly.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Work directly with the Marketing and Sales teams to produce a wide range of sales and marketing assets.
• Participate in planning and execution of Fierce marketing plans
• Social media content creation
• Participate in video and photo projects
• Participate in complete marketing cycle of Fierce products
• Specific projects and design responsibilities subject to change depending on team timelines and needs.

Qualifications

• Educational degree and/or practical work experience focused in graphic design, advertising, or Marketing
• Solid understanding of graphic design elements and principles
• Must provide a design portfolio
• Proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop. Illustrator, InDesign, OTHER: Audition, Premier Pro OR Final Cut Pro a major plus
• Experience in photography and video is a bonus
• Ability to multitask effectively
• Solid project management, problem solving, and decision-making skills
• Ability to proofread your own work and catch errors.
• Flexible and adaptable; able to work and thrive in ambiguity
• Team player

Working Conditions

This is an in-house / full time position at the Fierce Firearms Headquarters in Redmond, Utah.

SALARY RANGE

• $40K-60K Based upon experience / Portfolio
