A Grille Chef Staff Member is responsible for executing the operations of Snappy’s: Made for you Grille. This is achieved by accurately and efficiently cooking and preparing both hot and cold line items/products and ensuring all prepared foods meet health and safety standards and successful delivery of Snappy’s legendary convenience guest services as per company standards.

Responsibilities and Expectations:

• Consistently creates a welcoming environment for our customers
• Quickly and accurately prepares food products following restaurant, health and safety standards
• Properly and safely operates and maintains Grille equipment
• Works well in a team environment
• Assures consistent quality service and cleanliness

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• Previous experience within a retail/food service environment, preferred.
• Good eye hand coordination in the performance of numerous tasks.
• Must be 18 years of age or older
