TN Vascular is seeking a Healthcare Marketer to work in the field to consult with local referral sources daily. Evaluate prospective patient populations that are applicable to our services, provide information via literature / collateral items, answer questions about provided services all under the guidance of the company's Marketing Director.

Responsibilities

• Your main obligations will be promoting our brand thru "face to face" referral source calls (visits) to engage new patients and increase current referral source retention.
• Additional responsibilities include participating in community out-reach events: health fairs, community education events, physician "lunch and learns".
• Work collaboratively with Marketing Director to deliver and execute a wide variety of initiatives and ensure cohesion between our brand and our marketing objectives.
• Monitor / track referrals and analyze the outcomes (referrals received) to determine your effectiveness, relationship-building skills, and presentation quality.
• Attend and participate in mandatory training sessions, company meetings, and brainstorming sessions.
• Support company and Marketing Director by relaying community-related news or issues so they can be addressed immediately.
• Maintain partnerships with healthcare providers and clients that will help us drive growth.

We’re looking for a dedicated individual with a minimum of 1 years of experience as a Healthcare Marketer (or a similar role). Having excellent communication (verbal and written), organizational, and time management skills is required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
• Minimum of 1 years of experience as a Healthcare Marketer preferred or in a hands-on setting engaging with clients and fellow team members.
• Proficient in the use of computer and communication software like Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and Zoom
• Comfortable working in a team setting, but can also work independently and take ownership of your given tasks
• Outstanding communicator and presenter
• Meticulous and detail-oriented with impeccable time management and prioritization skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
