We're looking for a rockstar comp and tile roof expert that is reliable, gets the job done with minimal supervision and does clean work.

Someone with a clean driving record who can drive our service vehicle, perform repairs and install tile roofs.

We are also hiring helpers who will work with these crew members. Full installation crews are a huge plus.

To be eligible for this position, we need you to be proficient in:

• Tile, shingles, detail work.
• Shimming sagging roofing decks
• Diagnosing leaks and coming up with solutions to stop leaks.
• Being able to effectively and accurately communicate repair scope of work and project details with Project Manager, Homeowner, etc.
• Dry rot repairs (deck, rafter tails, fascia, etc.)
• A bonus is knowledge of other roofing types (metal and flat)
