Kline Galland Home Care, part of Kline Galland's Continuum of Care, is currently seeking energetic, experienced C.N.A.’s or Home Care Aides to work for our Home Care Services. Qualified applicants must have excellent communication skills, a compassion for serving the elderly and a desire to provide outstanding quality care!

Immediate Opening: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Care Aide (HCA)

Hours:

• On-Call - MONDAY TO SUNDAY - All Shifts available - Flexible shifts
• FULL TIME 40 hours week 8:30am-5:00pm (during days with no client coverage you will help with assignments in the office such as new client and new caregiver packet creation, data entry in the EMR, supply monitoring and stocking.)

SIGNING BONUS: $2,500

Kline Galland Home Care Certified Nursing Assistants or Home Care Aide provide direct care to residents and clients following an individualized service plan. And do it all while treating each resident and client with respect, dignity
and attention to their individual needs.

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Assisting seniors in their private homes as well as residents in Independent and Assisted Living facilities
• Assisting with their activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming and toileting
• Transferring and getting them to and from activities and meals according to the individual service plan.
• May include preparation of meals and light housekeeping as well as providing companionship.
• Companionship activities include reading to residents, playing card games with them, listening to music or whatever brings them joy!

Further qualifications include:

• CNA or HCA license in good standing in WA state
• At least 1-2 years experience
• Ability to drive with clean driving record
• CPR/First Aid
• Ability to obtain a Food Worker card
• A working smart phone (iPhone or Android) for tracking time
• Experience with working with Seniors a plus
