Hospice Sales Representative

Hope Health Care is seeking a highly motivated, self-starting, and energetic individual to increase and drive business growth in the Garland/Dallas service area.

Hospice Sales Representative is responsible for the following:

• Increasing revenue by gaining the trust and belief of all referral sources in Hope Health Care’s incredible team

• Analyzing industry data in order to understand the market for proper messaging

• Partners with the interdisciplinary team in the support of safe and effective patient and family care

• Establish professional relationships with physicians, discharge planners, social workers, facilities, and healthcare decision-makers through ongoing education and integration of successful sales strategies

• Collaboratively develops new programs to promote the agency's positioning within the marketplace

• Educate the community, referral sources, patients, and families on hospice services through daily planned activities including in-services, one on one presentations, and group meetings

• Demonstrates a comprehensive understanding and ensures compliance with local, state, and federal laws relating to the promotion of the agency

Requirements:

• Prior sales experience within the hospice, home health, or healthcare industry preferred – at least 2 to 3 years experience

• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience preferred

• Preferred healthcare and community contacts that will help advance the goals of the agency

• Proficiency in the use of a CRM

• Resilient, self-motivated with a positive, professional attitude

• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and manage multiple projects

• Ability to understand and execute on the bigger picture as a “business owner"

Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
