Experienced Housekeeper/House Manager Wanted

Looking for a motivated person to help clean and manage local properties. Candidate will be incharge of general household responsibilities including, but not limited to general cleaning, scheduling appointments, light cooking, grocery shopping, running errands, and light lawn care.

Need someone to be available 3 days a week. See below for a list of general responsibilities.

Job Description/Responsibilities:

• General housekeeping. Cleaning bedrooms, bathrooms, vacuuming, dusting, etc.

• Pick up house: put things where they belong, wash dishes, etc.

• Keeping inventory of the house and restocking as needed.

• Scheduling appointments for home repair and maintenance.

• Run errands.

• Grocery shopping.

• Light lawn care: pulling weeds, picking up sticks, picking up dog poop, etc.

• Take dogs for walks.

• Cooking of dinners and baking of desserts on occasions.

• Household laundry: fold, put away, iron on occasions

• Seasonal deep cleaning of cabinets, drawers, fridge, etc.

• Light household maintenance

Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills

• Detail oriented

• Must be able to work independently and organized

• Have a driver licenses and own transportation

Looking that special individual that is dependable, trustworthy and likes to work independently

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
