We are currently seeking an HR Representative to perform a wide variety of Human Resource activities and initiatives related to onboarding, benefits, training, employee relations, engagement, compensation, culture and administration. This position contributes to the success and growth of Aji Bio-Pharma by implementing best practices in the areas human resource management.

Responsibilities:

• Prepares and maintains employment records and files related to events such as hiring, termination, worker’s compensation, leaves, transfers, and promotions, using human resources information system (HRIS) software.
• Assists in the facilitation of all new hire activities such as, letters of employment and pre-employment packets.
• Verifies all new employee I-9 forms in E-Verify.
• Conducts personnel file audits/I-9 audits.
• Conducts background investigations for candidates through online database.
• New Employee Onboarding activities including all pre-hire, NHO, trainings and follow up hire activities, etc.
• HR Operations including HR reporting, HRIS platform administration, change forms, file keeping/auditing, payroll review, etc.
• Compliance-related activities
• Regular and reliable attendance on a full time basis [or in accordance with posted schedule].
• Responsible for exhibiting professional behavior with both internal and external business associates that reflects positively on the company and is consistent with the company’s policies and practices.
• Embodies Aji Bio-Pharma’s cultural values and aligns daily actions with department goals and company

Requirements :

• High School diploma required, Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in Human Resources
• Foundational understanding of HRIS systems
• Excellent organization & planning skills and the ability to balance multiple priorities.
• Superior communication skills (oral and written) with all levels of employees.
• Sense of urgency with the ability to respond in a timely and efficient manner.
• Strong service orientation, with an understanding and appreciation of the customer needs.
• Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to follow through and deliver results.
• Must possess tact, diplomacy and the ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office.

The anticipated salary range for candidates who will work in California is $28.96 - $38.62
