Position Responsibilities
Support and manage the design, configuration and performance of Uline’s multi-module Workday application.
Assist in Workday functions like business process and tenant configuration and upgrade evaluation.
Act as escalation point for user-reported issues.
Educate users on enhancement opportunities and process improvements through new functionality.
Work closely with internal teams to identify requirements, design, configuration, testing and deployment of Workday functionality.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree.
2+ years of experience with support and module configuration in Workday.
Ability to present ideas in user-friendly language.
Excellent analytical skills, proficient in Word, Excel and Access.
