Job Purpose:

Cost Planning, Investment Planning, Business Performance (Business Plan, Month End Closing)

Responsibilities include the following (other duties may be assigned as needed):

• Cost planning : Quotes for new programs, Cost tracking
• Study feasibility of the new production presenting different models and help management in decision making.
• Establish long-term business plan reflecting the changes in business environment such as sales forecast, material cost, sourcing, and other associated cost and consideration that might affect profitability.
• Analyze plan vs. actual accurately pointing out areas where failed to accomplish the plan and present solutions.
• Assess indirect cost rate to accurately calculate profitability for different products.
• Administer Management by Objective

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Accounting, Finance, Industrial Engineering

Bilingual preferred (Korean and English)

Technical Competencies:

Strong computer skills (MS Office, Oracle ERP experience preferred)

Non-Technical Competencies:

Strong oral and written communication skills with Mando Korea HQ (bilingual preferred)

Good multi-tasking and time management skills with ability to make analytical and logical decisions

Well organized person

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $56,535.88 - $65,000.00 per year
