Updating and filing medical records and insurance reports. Medical Secretary/Prior Authorization Specialist needed for a *fast* *paced *Gastroenterology

Performs other duties as needed to include: assisting with disaster calls, fire calls, and bomb threats according to policy;

Make recommendations and answer all related inquiries. Balance the cash register at the start and close of each shift. Upsell drink and apps items to customers.

Must have a valid California drivers license, have use of a motor vehicle and provide evidence of automobile liability insurance. High School Diploma or GED.

Work with art director partner to ideate and execute social content. Strong grasp of social media platforms and how to execute best for each.
