Responsibilities for this human resource assistant job include:

• Reviewing and updating NOVAtime system for missing information such as missed punches, notes, etc.
• Review line sheet information and agency timecards.
• Weekly agency payroll and timecard review.
• Weekly agency audit reports.
• Assist with investigation of complaints and maintain complaint log.
• Assist with incidents, accidents and complaints reports.
• Sort and distribute biweekly paychecks.
• Back up for accounting in reviewing and approving temporary agency invoices for payments.
• Entering Temporary agency invoices into system once reviewed and approved.
• Emailing Temporary agencies with requests and any assistance needs.
• Assisting Human Resource Manager and Human Resources Generalist where needed.
• Implementing and adhering to policies and procedures.

Hours: 9:00am- 5:30pm (Needs some Flexibility) Monday-Friday

Pay Rate: $17.00-$18.00

Education and Experience

• Three (3) years’ experience in the HR field, Accounting or Administrative field
• Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
• Bilingual English and Spanish required.
• Must be proficient in Word and Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Superior verbal/written skills and presentation skills.
• Good punctuation, spelling, grammar and attention to detail a must.
• Strong interpersonal skills essential.
