LSI Staffing in partnership with a Dairy Production Facility near Sioux Center, Ia, is looking for a skilled, reliable and outgoing individual to fulfill a position in the Human Resources Department.

Position: Human Resources Coordinator

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, 1 day until 6pm

MUST BE BILINGUAL, IT IS A REQUIREMENT THAT THIS PERSON SPEAKS BOTH ENGLISH AND SPANISH

Pay: $20.81-$24.97

JOB SUMMARY: The Human Capital Coordinator assists with recruitment, payroll, benefits, training, employee relations and special projects. This position conducts phone screens, interviews new hire orientations, maintains personnel and department files and prepares and updates department reports.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDED but not limited to:

• Maintain records and spreadsheets
• Responsible for all new hires
• Assist in reviewing and distributing information regarding benefits and training programs
• Assist with payroll

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma / GED
• Education / experience in HumanResources / Human Capital (Prefer 2years experience)
• Bilingual - REQUIRED. Must speak both English and Spanish

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Proficient with Microsoft Office. Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Outlook
• Attention to detail and time management.
• Dedication to meet the expectations and requirements
