Location:* Lebanon, Oregon (willing to relocate within 40 miles of Lebanon, OR)
Schedule: Monday-Friday
Position Summary:
The Human Resource Generalist will run the daily functions of the Human Resource (HR) department as part of a team including hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices.

  • Monitor employee morale and company culture to improve employee retention, support employee recognition, consultation, communication, and cultural evaluation through ethical practice
  • Respond to human resources-related inquiries, providing support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leave, policy, procedure, and compensation, and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Process complaints and leads investigations
  • Provide high-quality advice and service to management on daily employee relations and performance management issues
  • Preserves employee confidence and protects operation by keeping HR information confidential
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of federal and state employment law and compliance requirements
  • Administer policies and identify improvements
  • Assist with employee performance management processes including promotions, employee evaluation and appraisals
  • Gather, analyze, and report data using HR metrics in support of strategic goals
  • Cross train to support a variety of HR competencies (payroll, benefits, leave management, recruitment/onboarding, relationship management)
  • Promote various HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
  • Assist with Health Insurance Open Enrollment and insurance renewals
  • Conducts exit and stay interviews
  • Provide leadership and coaching support
  • Leads or supports HR related projects
  • Maintains safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations
  • Represent ENTEK with the highest standard of professional conduct when interacting with
  • Adopt ENTEK culture and core values

Minimum Qualifications & Experience:*

  • A bachelor's degree and five (5) years of human resources experience, or a similar combination of education and experience
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft products including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills essential
