Human Resource Specialist will be responsible for:

· Bi-weekly payroll processes

· Quarterly payroll tax reports

· Annual payroll forms, such as W-2s and 1095s

· New employee onboarding

· Administering company benefits for all employees, retirees and board of directors (Medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance and 401K)

· Prepare for monthly board of director meetings

· Familiar with HR polices, workplace compliance and company policies

· Preparing various compliance reports throughout the year

· Ordering office supplies for all offices

· Other duties as assigned

· Recruiting – including, but not limited to, job fairs, college career days, etc.

Miscellaneous duties included but not limited to:

Annual scholarship administrator, help with planning company events, company-wide garment orders, policy renewals, document retention, tracking and confidentiality

Requirements:

• Knowledge of Human Resource confidentiality
• Verbal and written communication skills
• Organization skills to keep accurate records and find important information quickly
• Time management skills to prioritize and complete a variety of tasks throughout the day
• Patience and listening skills to respond appropriately and interact positively
• Proficient in using digital calendars and typical office equipment like printers, scanners and phone systems to complete their job duties
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Competitive pay $55-75K, paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance and 401K program

This is is a full-time position. Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM

This job could be located in Vernon or Wichita Falls

High school diploma or equivalent

Bachelor’s Degree in HR or Equivalent Experience

Must have a valid driver’s license

Must pass background check and pre-employment drug screening

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
