VP Service General Manager – Expectations, Roles & Responsibilities 1-27-23

• Set the example for your Direct Reports.
• * Work hours flexible but generally 7am - 4pm, 1 hour lunch
• * Stay up to date with your paperwork
• * Stay organized
• Oversee and Manage NAVFAC Service Dept. Manager, Private Service Dept. Manager and Service Support Staff.
• Review, improve and document process and procedures to improve department work efficiency.
• Analyze and report on Service Dept. performance on a monthly basis to Accounting and the President.
• Networking and Business Development.
• Assist with Service Bids and Proposals as needed.
• Other tasks as assigned by the President.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $110,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
