cJOB TITLE: IT Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION: We are looking for an IT Manager that is a hands-on leader to manage the information technology function for New Look Enterprise, LLC and its related business entities.

POSITION STATUS: Full-time, Exempt

Responsibilities: Below are the essential duties and responsibilities of the position; other duties may be assigned as directed:

1) Designs, develops, implements and coordinates systems, policies and procedures.

2) Manages business application(s) and various third-party vendor relationships; Acts as first point of contact for business application(s) for our users.

3) Prepares annual budget for IT spend and provides suggestions to management. Participates in scheduled meetings with management.

4) Manages and teams up with IT systems administrator on multiple facets including, but not limited to, (a) defining schedules for planned maintenance windows, (b) acting as primary backup so needs to understand the core roles and responsibilities of that position, (c) supporting full-service Help Desk function and utilization of ticketing platform, (d) evaluating technology and security risks to develop, maintain and update disaster recovery plan (e) working as a team to suggest and plan areas for continual improvement in our IT infrastructure, security and/or software applications, (f) documenting and maintaining knowledge base repository for operating procedures and (g) identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions timely.

5) Assures all IT activities are performed within the parameters of applicable laws, codes and regulations.

6) Leads initiative on change management including (a) participates in business projects as a core resource for understanding the business and its needs, (b) plan and executes project related tasks and activities, and (c) administers application training for end-users, administrators and/or support staff.

7) Engages with co-workers to understand use of the systems and/or hardware, issues encounter and requested areas for improvement as our goal to work smarter, not harder.

8) Remains up to date with advances in technology and industry best practices and brings ideas for improvement to management as necessary.

9) Advises and reviews software suites that are used for core business functions.

10) Identifies opportunities for team training and skill advancements.

11) Performs other duties as assigned and/or required.

Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, a candidate would have the following:

• Proven relevant experience including managing personnel
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science or a related field
• Experience administering enterprise business applications/software
• Understanding of technical network fundamentals
• Ability to work in a team environment and take initiative
• Multi-tasking and time management skills, with abilities to prioritize tasks
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with construction operating systems preferred, but not required
• Flexible when it comes to work hours and deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $58,501.93 - $90,453.94 per year

Compensation package:

• Weekly pay
• Yearly bonus
