We are looking for a talented and competitive Inside Sales Representative that thrives in a fast-paced sales cycle environment.

Job Duties

• Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
• Understand customer needs and requirements
• Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate outside sales representatives for further development and closure
• Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas
• Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
• Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
• Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals

• Maintaining database of prospective client information
• Work closely with outside sales team to land new clients
• Work closely with purchasing personnel to communicate shortages on customer orders
• Entering customer orders and quotes in a timely manner
• Communicate the status of orders and quotes effectively with customers

Requirements

• Proven inside sales experience
• Track record of over-achieving quota
• Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
• Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) and CRM/Salesforce experience required. Experience with Microsoft Access preferred.

• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Strong listening and presentation skills; Strong follow-up skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor
• Tenacity to handle rejection and continue on with a positive attitude when reaching next potential client

• 5 years inside sales experience with a focus on business development
• BA/BS degree in related field preferred
• Strong technical background

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
