CSG Actuarial is hiring a business systems consultant to join our product team. Our
organization is solely focused on developing leading-edge technology solutions in one of the fastest growing companies in the United States. Your main tasks will include product research, requirements analysis, documenting processes, compliance analysis, and performing some user acceptance testing. Successful candidates will have a strong attention to detail and a passion for conducting in-depth research to
understand the right way to solve important problems.

*This is a hybrid position and occasional time in the office is required. Located in Omaha, NE*

Business Analyst Responsibilities:
Research and Development of new technology solutions in the insurance market.
Evaluating software capabilities, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
Leading ongoing reviews of technical capabilities and developing optimization strategies.
Maintaining a working-knowledge of company and competitor software solutions.
Keeping current on product and compliance trends in the insurance industry.
Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
Performing requirements analysis.
Documenting and communicating the results of your efforts.
Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.
Working closely with clients, technicians, and managerial staff.
Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.
Performing user acceptance testing.
Updating, implementing, and maintaining procedures.
Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
Serving as a liaison between stakeholders and users.
Managing competing resources and priorities.
Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.

Business Analyst Requirements:
A bachelor’s degree in business or related field or an MBA.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in insurance business analysis with an emphasis on Medicare Advantage.
Experience with insurance regulations and compliance requirements.
Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
Excellent documentation skills.
Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
Experience compiling, submitting, and responding to regulatory filings.
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
A track record of following through on commitments.
Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
A history of leading and supporting successful projects

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
