We are seeking to add a Sales Professional with preferably International Moving experience to our Irvine Office. Specific experience is not mandatory as we are willing to train the right candidate.

NO COLD CALLING - Leads will be provided daily.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bilingual skills (English & Spanish) will be preferred.
• A self-motivated individual with excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. You should be a great writer, speaker, and listener.
• Fearlessness - willing to hop on the phone with new people every day and explain Earth Relo's value proposition as it relates to each individual you speak with.
• Results-oriented achiever and a team player.
• Mastery of email communication. You keep the inbox at zero.
• Obsession with delivering happiness to customers. You're happy when they're happy;
• Champion of change - If it's broken - Fix it. If it works - make it better!
• BS/BA.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Review leads provided by the Company and quickly identify opportunities with high potential.
• Making phone contact & obtain critical details.
• Based upon the information, preparing quotes/proposals & follow up towards booking the sale.
• Assist in managing the job including packers, truckers, freight forwarders & destination agents to ensure the job remains within budget.

COMPENSATION:

• $17/Hour + Commission. Annual compensation can range anywhere between $40-50K.
