No Micro-management here. This role requires a confident, self starter with the ability to lead projects and improve customer satisfaction. Currently, we are seeking an individual as a Level 1/2 IT Consultant to support our managed services clients. In this pivotal role, you will provide remote and on-site support for client facing issues and project implementations.

You will be responsible for Desktop PCs, servers, networks and cloud technologies like AWS, Azure and Office 365. You will also be responsible for support documentation and problem determination documentation as well as assisting in software/hardware rollout. The position requires strong computer skills including: device and TCP/IP network configuration, familiarity of hardware installation and support, and an in depth knowledge of Windows Computer Management.

Knowledge of basic programming including understanding of Powershell and/or batch files is a plus. Must have strong customer service orientation, problem solving skills, organizational skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and ability to multi-task open issues in a fast paced environment.

Duties will vary depending on the client's needs and/or nature of the project, but may include:

• Strong network skills, knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS and other protocols
• VMWare/ESX/Hyper-V skills are Preferred
• Firewall- Sonicwall, Cisco, Meraki, Fortinet, etc
• Remote support /Helpdesk issues
• On-site support as needed
• Windows Server 2012-2019 Operating system support
• Windows 10/7
• Microsoft application support
• Wired and wireless networking
• After-hours project implementations

Experience:

• Minimum 3-5 years IT experience preferably working for an MSP or Legal industry support.

Requirements:

• Be able to multitask and work independently
• Strong technical skills in Legal software(preferably IManage, Accuroute) and experience with Law Firms technical support
• Leads installation, upgrades, troubleshooting and repair of hardware and software on or related to desktop pc's, printers, pc hardware systems, pc networks
• Collaborates with customers and advises about technical issues. Answers complex questions regarding PC/printer software/hardware issues and makes IT recommendations
• Excellent customer service skills required
• Travel by car to clients in the N. Jersey and surrounding areas; Limited travel to Philadelphia area. Mileage reimbursed by company.
• Hours of support may require weekend, holiday and/ or off-hours shift coverage.
• On-site at client office locations in North Jersey area as required.
• Strong skills with Microsoft Windows and Office 365
• Sonicwall experience preferred

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
