Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments
• Security Plus or equivalent certification
• Cloud infrastructure or services certification in Microsoft, AWS or GCP
• Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
• Ability to obtain security clearance

Responsibilities

• Serve as member of the project team for onboarding and offboarding Ariento clients. Configure Microsoft 365, Cisco Meraki and AWS environments according to Ariento's secure baseline.
• Participate in agile sprints for technical projects.
• Serve as member of Escalation Support team. Work shifts and provide excellent customer service as measured by SLAs, CSAT and NPS.
• Proactively operate and maintain of Ariento’s network and systems architecture and documentation, per Ariento’s change management procedures.
• Understand Ariento’s baseline configurations for technology stack and ensure execution.
• Serve as subject matter expert for Ariento’s technology stack. Be prepared to consult on such knowledge.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
