Job Description :
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain Microsoft Dynamics CRM on-premises environments to ensure maximum usability and system availability.
- Execute required system, configuration, or data repairs and/or solutions.
- Develop and document instructions and guidelines to perform the functions assigned.
- Design, implement, and manage integrations with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and other critical systems.
- Adhere to and participate in change management and audit procedures.
- Create and revise system operational and technical documentation.
- Work with internal teams and vendors to plan, schedule, and implement system rollouts, patches, releases, and upgrades.
- Investigate and resolve data quality issues in Microsoft Dynamics CRM and connected applications.
- Perform quality assurance functions to validate data and procedural changes.
- Four-year degree with a preferred major in a computer-related field, mathematics, or business; or equivalent experience.
- Strong Microsoft Dynamics CRM knowledge and at least 3+ years’ of developing/administrating Microsoft Dynamics CRM on-premises.
- Minimum of 3+ years’ experience with MS SQL Server, C#, SSRS, SSIS.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and establish working relationships with individuals.
- An unquestioned ability to retain confidential and personnel information.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work within a team and in an in-person work environment.
- Ability to remain flexible enough to meet the demands of a fluid and changing environment.
