Are you interested in working with infants and toddlers and their families in your community? This position works with children birth to 3 and their families to coordinate services within the Kentucky Early Intervention System. Four Rivers Behavioral Health provide a flexible work environment with constant support and encouragement for you to succeed.

The service coordinator will oversee services for the child and family provided through the Kentucky Early Intervention System (KEIS). KEIS services such as physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy and development intervention are provided in the natural environment to children that are eligible for the program.

The Service Coordinator coordinates and monitors all early intervention services for children in the Kentucky Early Intervention Program. Duties include but are not limited to home visits, completing assessments, facilitating meetings, connecting families to other community resources, attending local ARC and IEP meetings, maintaining regular contact with families and entering information into electronic medical record.

Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree in a human service field or have a license in one of professional fields recognized by the KEIS regulation (OT, PT, ST DI, SW, PSY, etc.) AND have two years verified professional experience working with children 0-5 years of age or with their families, i.e., Day Cares, Preschools, Case Managers, etc.

Four Rivers Behavioral Health covers 9 counties within the Purchase District, those include: Ballard, Carlisle, Calloway, Fulton, Graves, Livingston, Marshall and McCracken Counties. Travel is required, so a valid driver’s license is a must.
