Albion Country Club is a small business in Albion, NE. We are professional, innovative, autonomous and our goal is to hire a motivated individual interested in building and maintaining a first-class experience for our members and guests. This bar management position requires keen interpersonal skills that will facilitate a genuine up-scale guest experience and positive working environment.

We're looking for an experienced and hardworking Restaurant/Bar manager to help manage our growing business. The right candidate will possess a strong and creative work ethic and help facilitate a great atmosphere for our members. We're looking for a strategic thinker who can see opportunities for growth and development in the local market, and who has the leadership skills to take action on those opportunities.

Hours vary with some flexibility:

Golf Season Hours: 3-close on Tuesday through Saturday

Off Season Hours: 5-close on Wednesday through Saturday

Pay will be 15/hr but with tips and overtime as well

Responsibilities:

• Be a good communicator with members.
• Manage relations with local partners.
• Hiring and managing bar and serving staff.
• Bar Inventory supervision.
• Growth and development.
• Focused vision and sharp work ethic.
• Ability to interact and familiarize with members.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
