The Lead Graphic Designer leads and works on a team of designers at Hope that visually communicate the Gospel and the message of Hope Fellowship Church through digital design. They have critical deliverables related to sermon series, church events, ministry department support, and social media. They thrive on collaborating, but can also work independently when needed.

A Graphic Designer at Hope is:

• Is up to speed on current design trends in the church and in culture

• Organized and comfortable tracking new requests and current projects through Asana (Project Management Tool)

• An excellent collaborator and able to take a project from ideation to execution.

• Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure on-time delivery.

• Able to directly lead & manage a team of designers & creatives.

• A speedy worker who isnt rattled by a high-volume, flexible environment, but also takes the time to ensure quality standards are met.

• Someone who prefers working closely with a team of people to develop creative content.

• Comfortable and proactive with brainstorming and pitching ideas.

• Fluent in Adobe Creative Suite.

• 2-4 years experience in graphic design preferably in a large church / large creative team setting

• Demonstrated experience with Adobe required

• Demonstrated experience with PhotoShop, InDesign and Illustrator preferred

• Specialized training and/or experience as related to areas of essential function preferred

• Creativity, flexibility, attention to detail, and layout skills
