Manage the Washington, DC office: greet guests, ensure office supplies are stocked, manage meals for customers and internal meetings.

Work closely with Lease Reps, New Truck Sales Department, All Wheels Financial and Used Truck Sales to develop and propose full and limited service contract

Respond to calls and return voicemails from guests during prescribed calling hours. Welcome and seat guests upon arrival. Take orders from guests.

Candidates should possess a Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university or a comparable degreed program plus four years of experience

Assist in managing field technicians. Review invoices for approval for billing and invoice dispute resolutions. Understands the HVAC trade and terminology.
