Light cleaning and organizing. Purchasing groceries and meals. Booking flights and other appointments. Assisting with follow up on activities.

Must have a valid, clear and active California Pharmacist license. Answer telephones and respond to patient or pharmacy technician questions.

One year medical front desk experience preferred. Answers the phone while maintaining a polite, consistent phone manner using proper telephone etiquette.

This individual will own responsibility for mentorship or supervision of others in the areas of clinical reasoning, time management, communication, and meeting

Monitor all account receivable transactions. Submit and track payments for payroll deductions such as benefits, garnishments and support orders.
