Starting Salary for a minimum of 2 years experience $64,740.

JOB SUMMARY

The License Clinical Social Worker will be an integral member of the NHCLV multidisciplinary team to provide mental health treatment for patients in the Integrated Behavioral Health program at NHCLV. The License Clinical Social Worker educates patients about mental illness through the use of psychoeducation and provides mental health counseling within individual, family, couples, and group counseling settings. The License Clinical Social Worker works closely with the primary care provider, behavioral health integrated specialist, and a consulting psychiatrist to revise the wellness plan when patients are not improving, and offer alternatives as needed to support treatment. The License Clinical Social Worker will evaluate, assess, and support the patient in the office, their home, and community as needed. The License Clinical Social Worker will utilize patient centered, family focused therapy using a variety of treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution Focused therapy.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Conduct therapeutic sessions for individuals, couples, families, and group.
• Use of therapeutic intervention by using treatment modalities such as but not limited to CBT, Solution Focused, Strengths Perspective, motivation interviewing
• Actively participate in staff meetings and daily huddles to discuss cases related to patient’s social and health needs.

Pay: $82,601.34 - $90,802.57 per year
