Job Description :
- Strong shop floor presence and ability to lead multifunctional team
- Analyzes production processes to improve the manufacturing process
- High level coordination to bring together stakeholders for effective and profitable project deliveries
- Audits, maintains, and formalizes assembly work instructions
- Develops new manufacturing processes
- Provides manufacturing & quoting decision-making information
- Provides manufacturing engineering support to shop floor by acting as liaison to product engineering functions
- Prepares product and process reports
- Ensure that Clarke’s manufacturing processes comply with all government laws and regulations
- Keeps manufacturing equipment operational by coordinating preventive maintenance and repair services
- Completes design and development projects by training and guiding technicians
- Requires a 4-year bachelor’s degree of science or a related field of study
- Requires a combination of technical expertise, analytical background, and project management capability
- Experience and knowledge of manufacturing processes, lean principals. TQM, and CAD software
- Proven track record of making improvements within a manufacturing or assembly operation
- Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), Project Management Professional (PMP), Master Project Manager (MPM), Six Sigma, Professional Engineering (PE) and Engineer in Training (EIT), all considered a plus
