Ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a senior level marketing role and a strong background with digital marketing.

Job Overview

As Marketing Director, you will be responsible for developing inspiring campaigns for both brands, Chaparral Boats and Robalo Boats, that will stimulate the interest of the public. You are someone who embodies strong leadership abilities, creativity, understanding of BI and Analytics and has stellar communication skills.

The Role of Marketing Director:

• Dominate marketing programs and campaigns that will bring awareness to the organization and its focus.
• Manage and build a marketing team that embodies a high-performing, rapid-growth mentality.
• Support the brand image and carry it through within all marketing verticals (internal and external).
• Leverage data and consumer insights in order to further grow the company. Strive for top market share.
• Stimulate engagement within campaigns through various marketing tactics and strategies.
• Partner with Sales and Engineering regarding product information, market demand and new initiatives.
• Lead company event planning and execution including annual conferences and trainings.
• Provide a forward moving digital marketing program leveraging existing infrastructure.

The Ideal Marketing Director Candidate:

• 6+ years of experience working in multi-channel marketing
• Passionate about advocacy and mission-driven organizations
• Stellar verbal and written communication skills, ability to publicly speak
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to effectively manage and support a team
• Strong Digital Marketing understanding
• Working knowledge of Photoshop, Premier Pro and InDesign
