Ultimate LLC is a construction staffing and logistics company in the Kansas City area with projects all over the United States. We specialize in doing digital construction workforce management. We are currently seeking to hire Interns for the summer of 2023. The interns main duties include completing clerical and administrative duties, building social media campaigns and preparing promotional materials and presentations. Depending on performance during the internship could be hired on full time after completion of the internship. We are looking for like minded individuals, with an overall competitive entrepreneurial spirit!

Responsibilities:

• Performing market analysis and research on competition

• Developing tools and methods of collecting data such as but not limited to major construction job sites and contractors.

• Collecting and analyzing data to identify job searcher trends

• Proposing adjustments to current marketing strategies

• Building and managing email marketing campaigns

• Monitoring and managing the company’s social media platforms, adjusting outreach and tactics as needed

• Other duties as assigned

Skills and qualifications:

• Knowledge of marketing strategies, including continuing education of new marketing tactics and tools

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to translate complex research into common language

• Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheet and presentation software

• Aptitude with various social media platforms as well as the data tracking tools associated with them

• Familiarity with consumer psychology and buying habits

• Ability to quickly learn and process information

• Organization and time management skills
