Responsibilities:

• Great Los Angelas area online and offline marketing promotion plans and key publicity, formulate strategies based on company goals and continue to optimize conversion effects.
• Know the product selling points, target audiences, and combine the market environment and industry conditions to formulate professional media communication plans.
• Build a traffic operation system and formulate strategies for traffic acquisition, conversion, retention, and entrepreneurship.
• Analyze the overall data of the flow data, and track the effect of the optimization plan currently proposed.

Preferred Qualifications & Requirements:

• At least 2-3 years of Internet marketing team management experience.
• Have good data analysis skills.
• Have strong business summary and generalization ability.
• Possess strong learning and adaptability, full of passion and innovative ideas, strong resistance to pressure.
• Have strong negotiation skills, communication and coordination skills.
• Have a strong strategic awareness and ability to execute.
