We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Specialist to join our team at Darrah Electric Company. The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our products and services to potential customers. This individual will work closely with other departments, including sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure a cohesive and effective marketing approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales
• Ongoing website improvements, including e-commerce, SEO and blogs
• Improving Social Media presence
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends and target audiences
• Create and manage marketing campaigns, including email, social media, and advertising
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive and effective marketing approach
• Analyze and report on marketing campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly
• Attend trade shows and industry events to promote the company and its products

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the electric or manufacturing industry
• Strong communication and project management skills
• Experience with market research and analysis
• Strong knowledge of marketing tools and technologies, including social media, email marketing, and analytics
• Strong writing and editing skills
