Essential Job Functions

• Works directly with marketing team to help develop and implement marketing strategies, across multiple regional ENT practice brands
• Works closely with stakeholders to complete project requests (scope, goals, deliverables, budget, preferred timeline), assign resources, set expectations, provide regular updates, and monitor deadlines
• Track intranet marketing support center to service clinical practices and physicians with their marketing requests
• Manages day-to-day maintenance of the reputation management program and user access. This includes overseeing location and provider business listing maintenance to ensure they are accurate and optimized, as well as management of third-party vendor relationship
• In partnership with stakeholders, oversee survey and review monitoring to provide customized reporting of reputation data
• Measure and report on performance of marketing campaigns, gain insights, and assess goals, prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for executive team
• Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, finance, business administration, or similar
• Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding, and up to date with the

latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement

• Minimum two years' experience in a marketing role
• Capable of working independently and delivering appropriate and timely feedback to management and team members as required.
• Must have analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in electronic marketing software such as Google Analytics, WhatConverts, Hootsuite, etc.
• Strong time management and organizational abilities
• Superb leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities
