We are searching for a reliable, friendly and energetic Front Desk Receptionist with 2+ years of experience providing exceptional customer service to patients in a healthcare environment. Skilled at facilitating efficient flow of patients from check-in to check-out. Willing and able to learn about natural medicine.

Responsibilities and duties:

• Answer phones and returns voice messages in a timely basis.
• Maintaining highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude.
• Schedule patient appointments
• Patient Checkout
• Collecting Balances
• Sorting and sending mail
• File and maintain electronic medical records
• Monitoring incoming emails regarding any customer inquiries and forwarding them to the appropriate person
• Demonstrating flexibility in satisfying customer demands in a high volume, production environment

Qualifications and Skills:

• High School diploma or GED / equivalent required
• Bilingual (English / Spanish)
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Ability to facilitate office flow
• Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written with strong listening skills
• Be a High level of professionalism, maturity, judgment, and discretion
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Team player and open to Cross Training
• Sales skills
• Previous medical front desk and Phone Operator experience required. At least 2 years of medical experience.'
