General Description

To function as a Key member of the IT department providing help desk support county wide

Qualifications

  • Associates Degree in an IT related field or 2 years of equivalent IT related experience required
  • Experience working in a help desk or similar capacity required
  • 1-2 years of prior reception or customer service at the key-holder or supervisory level or 2-3 years centralized customer service experience strongly desired.
  • Hands on business experience with a variety of computer hardware and software applications
  • Ability to pass a CORI (Criminal Background Check) and DMV (Deprtment of Motor Vehicles) check
  • Drivers license and ability to use a personally insured vehicle for agency business
